By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms.

The service

PermitScoop sends a daily list of leads built from public records. Leads are not exclusive. We don't guarantee appointments, sales or any particular number of leads, and public records can contain errors.

Trial and billing

The trial is free for 7 days and needs no card. After that, the plan you choose is billed monthly and you can cancel any time; cancelling stops future charges.

How you may use the data

You may use leads for your own marketing of solar, battery, roofing and related home-energy services, under the data-use rules. You may not resell or republish the lists.

Your compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to how you contact homeowners, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and Do-Not-Call rules.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
