Why these permits
- Florida's pool safety law requires a barrier, an alarm or another approved feature on a new residential pool, so most new pools need one before final inspection.
- Homes that already filed an enclosure, fence or heater permit are left out, so the list is pools that still need one.
- Owner name and mailing address from public records, the builder's name and the job value.
